Hampton Inn Chicago North-Loyola Station

The rooms were super clean and the overall hotel felt modern and up to date. Matea was our front desk associate and was excellent. She gave us great customer service at the front desk and was very patient and helpful. The location was also great for the area. There’s 3 hour parking just across Sheridan which was nice so we used that for the night. We didn’t get a chance to visit the bar in the hotel but it was nice to know that was on site if needed. Overall would recommend for the area.

I had negative situation quickly turn into a positive. I had a pair of AirPods that were left on the bed of my room and got put into the wash. Spoke with Jeremy and he took my number and information and said if anything turns up he’ll let me know. I’m gonna be honest, I figured it would be a lost cause and it would never be resolved but to my pleasant surprise, he called back THE DAY AFTER! Yea the AirPods were toast but what really wowed me about this property, they replaced my AirPods and mailed them back to me! I am forever grateful to you Jeremy I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Staff were super nice, room was clean and stocked, lots of restaurants right by the hotel, and I found free street parking while I was there (They have valet parking and there is a parking ramp a few blocks away as well). Their breakfast was really nice too, 2 waffle machines and eggs, omelets, sausage, and potatoes. Overall great stay and value, would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Inn is my hotel now! We have spent the past 4 nights in one in different locations and this one in Chicago near Loyola University is amazing. Beautiful location in residential area with 2 block walk to beach. Easy walk to shops and eateries. All staff are exceptional, super accommodating and professional. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. We take yearly road trip past 10 years or so and this hotel is a jewel.

Great breakfast with daily variety. I usually don't interact with the front desk much, but this trip I've needed extra help. They understood, and went above and beyond to handle the smallest of issues. You can tell these employees like where they work, and want to make it a nice stay. Location is easy to walk to Loyola and so many eateries and shops nearby. Nice views from the terrace on the 6th floor.

Great representation of the brand. Very clean and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The rooftop terrace was an amazing place for night caps and hanging with friends. The gym is well equipped and even has a peleton bike. The location is close to the city, right next to Loyola (beautiful campus), and the lake. I was able to walk in every direction and had good scenery.

Wonderful hotel! I was in town for business and had a great time overall. I was super appreciative of Carlos and Claire at the front desk—they were very helpful, especially as my colleagues and I needed to extend our stay due to inclement weather (and also thank you to the manager Ross for encouraging me to write a review to give them a shout out!). My room was great, though I did notice on the first day that there were some stray hairs that were in the bathroom around the sink and in the stall, presumably from a prior guest. Other than that, there was also a mistimed fire alarm test on one of the days that went off pretty early in the morning, and woke up quite a few guests (including myself) earlier than we wanted. Still, the staff were apologetic, and were kind in taking care of us and explaining the situation, which I appreciated. The breakfast each day was also lovely. In any case, I would love to be back again!

Booked a multiple day stay here to take the kids to the beach and the place checks all the boxes. Nice, clean rooms. Rooftop deck with views of both the lake and the city. Great free continental breakfast. Easy to use valet parking and just 2 blocks from the beach!
